Horse Racing Simulator for Microsoft Excel
The simulator with the typical Excel look & feel is designed from a spectator´s point of view and contains currently 30 fictional and real races on various racetracks, including a snow race, a wild race, a camel race, a race in the Wadden Sea, a race in outer space with alien attacks, a pig race, a race with coronavirus tests and the legendary 1948 Gold Diggers in Mouseton / Calisota.
You can virtually bet on horses. Various effects and options for displaying the race can be selected. The use of random generators makes each race unique.
GaloppSim is available for free download in two editions. The add-in edition adds a new GALOPPSIM tab to the Excel Ribbon. The Run Simple edition starts directly in the Excel workbook. The code is programmed directly in Excel with Visual Basic for Applications and 100% open source.
